I want to get a buddy box for my futaba 9cap, but the postage from the USA is to expensive, And i cant find a resonably priced local supplier (sydney Australia).
So i was hoping to buy an old futaba attack4 or a conquest 4 and add a trainer port. Unfortunaatly i dont have access to an oscilloscope so i would be just guessing where in the circute to tap of the the socket , has any one published a guide on how to do this. Ive done a quick google but only found pc/game/sim interface mods.

Thanks.

Any mod which gets a signal out to a PC/sim is the one you want. It's exactly the same talking to a sim as talking to a master transmitter (i.e. actiing as a buddy box). If you don't want to have a battery in the buddy box you also need to connect the power between the two but that's very easy to find ;).
