Futaba fps 128 servo lead

Hi,
I have a futaba fps128 servo, perfectly good condition, but no lead attached. Can anyone provide a photo / diagram of the lead connections so I can resurrect the servo?

The 3 pins normally go in the order:

Gnd
+V
Signal

When connected to the receiver the ground wire normally goes on the side towards the end of the receiver (at least it does on Hitecs, not sure about Futaba).
