Reciver puls info wanted

I was wondering how the pulses out from the reciver to the servos are buildt up, frecuensy, volt, puls widt, seperation time, and any other info i might need

The signal to the servo is a 5volt positive pulse that varies between 1mS and 2mS wide. It repeats every 20 mS, but the repetition rate is not critical.

ive built a lil device to decode these signals and run external aplications, i should be posting links to a site to get one at soon, like another week or two, im just waiting on the conectors i order to come in, also plan to start doing custom jobs,
