not shure if this is the right forum but here gose it. I have devleoped a design to make launchable scale missiles (No Warhead) using estes model rocket engines. Is this legal? the Missiles will be a little hevy because they will have 4 AA bateries in them most likly but i need to develope an actual test missle to see if i can ignight them with less weight. the missiles will be droped then ignight so that it will not accedentaly ignight while on the plane using a sprige loaded switch and also have a disarming pin for safty.
