Airplane Design/ anyone have ideas?

Hi guys,
Just wondering what forum would be best for questions on airplane design.
What I would like to build would have an electric motor at the rear and be tailless, no horz stab. just a vertical fin/rudder. With a scimitar type wing.
Then I could mount a camera up front with nothing to get in the way of picture taking. I'm thing just a stick type fuse to start with. Anyone been there done that? Thanks for any feedback!

A Scimitar type wing has a forward sweeping planform. The CG will have to be about 17% to 20% of the mean aerodynamic chord (not the 25% to 33% normal CG because of no horz. tail).

The design is to balance by the CG with all motor and vert. tail weight with the other radio and camera weight far ahead of the CG.
