Well this has been my latest project. It started life out as a Kyosho Jet Stream GP10, spoting an OS .10 with a steerable outdrive. Now it has a custom XTM 247 (custom water head) with a fixed outdrive (not pictured), the direct drive system was replaced with a clutch setup, all of the exterior plastic (water inlet/outlet, bow scoop, antenna holder ect...) has been replaced with custom billet aluminum, and a JAG RC Nitrous Oxide Kit was added. The stock cover was not compatable with my new engine setup (clearance issues with the exhaust) so my stock cover was modified. The first two pictures show the boat as it was when I bought it. The second two show the boat after some paint and the new engine installed.

The next few pictures show the boat with the highly modified cover, also sporting some new paint. The boat also has a cosmetic stainless cover on the transom, as well as internal reinforcement on the transom (plywood and fiberglass) and where the stuffing tube passes through the hull. Check out the pictures and let me know what ya think. (Please excuse my horrible mess, I have not had time to clean my work bench...)

Might just be a little faster than stock and a bit trickier to drive:D
