Hi out there. I've been flying for 8 months now, but I'm still a beginner. I started with a Sky Zap, then modified it with a 4 channel receiver, esc, R/E/Flaps. Then I moved on to a (Hobby People) Sportflyers Tattler with R/E and geard 180, and then a Vortex Extreme with R/E and a 380 pusher. I've just started with a Hobbico Ventura and am having moderate success with it. I've read a few threads on it, and I'm suffering with similar problems (mainly pitching up at higher throttle settings). I think I can get it fixed if I can find at place to fly. Today at lunch I got kicked off the local soccer field (even though no one was using it). Apparently, some parks in L.A. can only be used by appoitment, which I did not have.
Question:
Where's a good place to fly that won't take a 2 hour drive?

Go the the ama website and they have a club locator.
the website is http://www.modelaircraft.org
Most clubs require an ama membership.
Im sure you be able to find a club and the help you need.

Thanks, MC. I just realized that I posted on the Fuel side. I need to talk to e-flyers as well.
Thanks, again, and I'll see ya up there.
