Ok i just got done building the front diff.It seems alful tight!
Is this normal? I trimmed and filed all the gates on the parts and
followed the directions correctly.I also broke it down and put it back
together 3 times. Will it loosen up eventually?

should be loose - not tight >> stock right?
I use the one-way bearings and some have slipper front drives

It's a *&%$# to get it aligned properly, the directions in the manual are
wrong.
Use the out drives when building it, it will click if it's not aligned
right.
I don't use grease on my gears, instead I use lightning lube for bicycle
chains it's paraffin based.
Then loose the 2 black plastic covers, and put the aluminum can back on.
Now I think you'll find a difference.
Mine like that is just as smooth as my friends front ball diffs.
Good luck.

Its stock.Just got the kit.I assume it should be loose, thats why i
posted.I dont think i want to go with one way bearing.I plan on using a
speed controller with reverse.

I take that no one else has encountered this problem on a micro RS4?
