I am pleased to announce not only a new aircraft kit, but also a new ( to the airplane industry ) manufacturer. Enforcer Aviation is the new division of Warehouse Hobbies/Enforcer Manufacturing. Warehouse Hobbies has long been known in the model boating circles as a leading innovater and a company who's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is second to none. Enforcer Aviation plans to continue that same history. Please visit our website www.enforceraviation.com and check back often for our expanding line. We have several exciting new products under development at this time, at least one of which will be released this year at SEFF.

Our first kit, the Yak 54 "Yak Attack" is a 38 inch wingspan flat plate 3D foamie. Prototypes of the Yak have been flying for over a year. The Yak is an original design by Willem Badenhorst of Sebring Florida. The original prototype was flown last year at SEFF by several notable pilots the likes of Baron Johnson and Mark Leesburg. A number of minor enhancments have been made based on their input and the Yak is now ready for production.

The basic Yak kit is CNC cut from 6mm white Depron and includes carbon fiber wing spar, landing gear, push rods and elevator joiner. The kit also includes light weight wheels, laser cut ply control horns and motor mount. The motor mount can be built for the standard 10mm stick mount or as a radial mount for an outrunner type motor.

The Yak will fly using as little power as a GWS 350 with "D" gearing and nicads but to unleash it's full potential you will want a brushless motor and lipo battery up to about 150 watts.

Hi John,

How's the cutting coming? Seems like the double-headed router would speed things up! Have you received any more of the carbon or laser-cut pieces?

Keep me posted on the progress. We need to see if we can get together soon.
We need to shoot some video!

Later,

Willem

I've uploaded the vids we shot with the didgital camera to my gallery and posted a link in the 3D forum. Let me know if it works for you. I can't seem to get it right.
