started 3d.. trying to learn more..

haven't found a good guide to heli 3d.. i just learned to flip/roll and sustain inverted hover tail in. i know i have to work on inverted+nose-in next but am trying to figure out the best "next steps".

any suggestions, websites, or posts on this? thanks!
