start by check your pitch
I recommend getting the next size up motor, Kyosho use to recommend a replacement that
was a little better.
Your pitch curve should only be about -4 or -2 degrees to +6 or +8 much more and your killing it
you'll have to tweak it to your motor and your battiers of course but thats a good beginning
I had a EP concept when they first came out and after alot of tweaking and using MATCH cell batteries I got it up and flying with 8-10 minute flight times depending on the type of flying I did
