OK,

So it seems that you can never have enough power . I have built a coroplast plane, and it seems really 'experimentible'. I want to set it up to take 3 motors. Two on the wing, one on the fuselage.

Problem is, I do not know how to! I was thinking, I would add a motor at 25% from the centerline.

Is this possible?

Just keep the pods in tight to the fuselage but with a 1/2 inch clearance or so to the tips.

Depending on the power of the motors you may need to add sub spars to the inside of the wing to resist the twisting and other loads that the power and weight of the motors and pods will produce. Also you'll probably need more battery desity and that means weight. So your stall speed will go up a little.
