unzip the file to your planes directory and then look under the Impala Heli (you have to have the heli upgrade.... )

I'm still working on it, but I'd be greatful for feedback-

Anyone know how to keep it from bouncing around on it's own when it sits on the runway unpowered? I tried changing the skid parameters and the heli-mechanics params, but I can't get it to sit still.

Works OK in the air tho, so just gun it off the starting blocks. I'm having trouble with motor torque as well, full power overloads the tail rotor- I have to take a look at the numbers again, I might be doing it wrong.

Oh yeah, the governor seems real choppy, any of the designers care to comment with suggested params? It seems like the feedback mechanism needs a little dampening. I can change the rate of oscillation with the gain parameter, but i can't get it to stop the oscillation al together...
