Simple Question about lights

Hi all,

If I want to simply use a spare channel to turn lights on and off, couldn't I just simply plug the lights into the servo jack on my RX? (Assuming, of course, that I kep the current draw down)

No, the output from the receiver is an encoded signal, and you will need a pulse width decoding switch to activate from the signal.
