I bought a second hand G2 with the USB Interlink Futaba controller. I have thus far been unsucessful in getting it to run properly. Here are the symptoms: At startup, I get a message "Unable to initialize Joystick", followed by "ERROR 5432, Application unable to start."

Being used, is it necessary to get the serial numbers released? If so, how?

My computer is running DirectX 9.0c. Is this compatible with software version 2.00.637?

I have tried the available trouble shooting stuff, but no joy. the computer thinks the USB interface is OK, but the software doesn't. Any ideas?

to register a used copy, the original owner has to contact great planes to clear his information from thier files. the new owner can then register and update as usual.

try calling tech support for your USB issues.
