I've converted an old Tx to a buddy box using the joysticks and case from an old TX given to me by a friend.As there was no other elecronics I built an encoder circuit as found on www.norcim.fsnet.co.uk/Radio6.htm
I was going to have a changeover switch in the main Tx and switch between the signal from the main Tx encoder and the one in the buddy box.
Has anyone a circuit for this Futaba Tx (4 channel AM) I've got a data sheet for the OKI encoder chip thats used but some further info on what happens to the signal / RF would be very useful.
Any suggestions gratefully Received.
