signal injector?

any body got ideas how to "inject" a anoying signal
into a car sterio?
its' most likley a cd and not fm.
every time this peason comes home I think someone
is knocking on my front door!

That would be difficult to do without actually putting something in their car between the stereo and the speakers. Maybe an EMP would do the job, although there may be side effects. :)

Fix his wagon by getting a cheap stun gun and touch antenna and body. Mine will do 200kv and arc over 2 inches. Should do a number on those "delicate semiconductors" down the wire.
