Is anyone else having a problem with the online multiplay? When I try to join it says "failed to send player information packet" anyone know what the problem might be? Any help would be great!

I can't be sure, but your symptom sounds like a firewall is blocking the port that G3 uses for multiplayer. Almost all on-line multiplayer games require either turning off a firewall or enabling a specific port.

If you are using dial-up, your connection and ISP may have too much "packet latency" and the host is timing you out.

Before you say it, I agree that KnifeEdge should address this issue with a Knowledge Base article. Very few people have (or need) the level of expertise to diagnose a symptom like this, and G3 could easily publish the ports in use and any latency timeouts. If you know what "ping" is, try having the host ping you and vice versa. Any delay over 200 ms is going to degrade your multi-player experience, and there is nothing KE can do about it.
