New Forum Web Site for Teachers and Other Educators

I'm not a commercial vendor - just a longstanding member here. The new web site is a RCGroups-like discussion forum web site for educators - teachers, administrators, counselors, commercial vendors of education-related products.

After two years as an RC Groups member, the idea of running my own forum just seemed a natural outgrowth of my background (IT and education) and interests. And my experience here at RCGroups helped me to determine the best forum software product to use (vBulletin) and how to "build a community" as has been successfully done here. Thanks RCGroups!

Fellow educators - come visit and share your education experiences (especially newbies like me). It's a wonderful way to give back to the profession.

I had my first day in class today as a student teacher and I'm happy to report that I had a good time! (Whew - maybe this career change was an ok idea after all!)

I'm just regenerating my batteries (and fixing a few planes) but I'm hopeful of hitting the field hard in late-Spring. I'll see you out there Alan. By the way, I saw the video of your wild Bipe was it? Looked like a handful. I laughed while watching it. Rip-n-burn did a great job videotaping, as always.

I still think we have a really fine bunch of folks out there.
