Gearing Problems???

Hi there,

Got my BR for christmas yesterday. Now, every time I start it , the bottom rotor won't spin - it has to be turned so that the gears click before it will turn. Can anybody help???

i have that problem i think i knocked a gear out of place so im going to see if i can return it for a new one as they rock
