won't even start

i got my dad a BR heli for xmas...just took it out of the box today and it won't start at all...the transmitter LED is full green, so it's working...but the heli won't do anything...it says not to charge it at first, which we didn't, but there was nothing, so we charged it fully and still nothing...

any suggestions? thanks!

If you have put on the transmitter antenna and extended it fully and also turned on the helicopter (as you probably have) and it still does not work - I would guess that it is problems with the on-off switch in the helicopter. I am affraid there is not much you can do with that unless you want to cut away the body and start soldering. You probably then should contact ITC on Monday.

Did you arm it? You must move the throttle stick all the way to the bottom.
