Hi,
I'm new to RC Helicopters and am proceeding slowly.
At present I am building a Thunder Tiger Raptor V2 30 model. I am at the
stage of fitting the servos. The problem I have is in setting the amount of
Pitch travel. It is nothing to do with the servo but a mechanical problem in
that I cannot get maximum ( 12' ) deflection on the Beginners Pitch scale.
The Pitch control just will not move that far, only about 10'.
Does anyone have any tips to sort out this problem. Oh, before anyone asks I
am using the correct ball connection point on the pitch control for
beginners.
Any help much appreciated

Check how much you have on the negative side... you should have
something like 12 degree on both side. So if you have only 10 on one
side, you may end up shifted with 14 degree on the other side. In that
case, check your pushrod length again.
If you do not have more than 12 on the other side, check your pitch
gauge...
