Shipping problem, broken mast

I just received my new BR only to find that the Purolator had crushed the box it came in and broke the main mast. I could not find any mention of a replacement. What should I use ? I'd hate to have to send it back. Would contact cement work ?

Purolator should be the first contact about shipping damage. You may have to work with the sender on the claim. I'm not familiar with how Purolator handles damage claims. It should not cost you an extra cent to get it replaced.
