and also ParEdit (http://rcp.web.infoseek.co.jp/fms_e.html#A8Editor_Converter) from Mr. Masuoka version 0.5.
The latest version of FMS fixes the lack of scrolling problem while pausing FMS plus includes a new basic .par editor from the authors.

As of today 12/9/2004, version 8.5 is now up. Must have been an oopppss!!!
