Hello,
I just wanted to do a quick post to let you know that Littlebirdz has been concentrating most of our efforts lately on Micro and Indoor Models. I'd like to introduce our first micro kit the Micro Ultimate Indoor Bipe, like it's big brother it has all of the great looks and fly's just as good. The only catch is it weighs less than 1 ounce RTF. With a custom gearbox, based on the M-20 motor and Kenway gears and running a 145 - 250 mah E-Tec LiPo pack we average about 12-14 minutes of casual flying with throttle management.
It's just a start, as we have also been working with EFlight Designs http://www.eflightdesigns.com on several new micro gearboxes (6 and 4 mm pager and M-20), and kits that we will release over the next few months. The Micro Indoor Ultimate will be available before Christmas along with 2 or more gearboxes. The pager motor gearboxes will have 1mm bearings installed standard and perform better than any gearbox we have tested. All gearboxes are made from a special material that will be announced upon the release of the products. The M-20 Gearboxes do not require bearings or bushings.
Kits, gearboxes and accessories will be available through EFlight Designs once released to the public, and several new products will follow each month.
