Dear Frank,
perhaps you can help me
I have been trying to obtain BRs here in Australia, but to no avail!!!
On your website, you list Dick Smith Electronics as your Australian distributor---however, I hav contacted them, and they know nothing about the products, and at this time have no intention of handling them in the foreseeable future.
all of the listed suppliers in the US are not prepared to ship outside the US.
I am sure that there is a good market for these here in Australia----are you able to help me obtain them?

Hi Robert,

Dick Smith does not carry the Bladerunner yet but we hope to have a distributor in Oz in the near future. Either DSE or someone else. I can have one sent to you from Canada but be aware that shipping will be expensive. Unfortunately *that* aspect is beyond my control.

Robert,

I'm in Melbourne.

Frank's offer to help is great. You also have the option to buy elsewhere from one of the few places willing to ship internationally.

I have bought 2 from RCToys (http://stores.channeladvisor.com/rc-toys-hobbies/RC%20Helicopters/) . The first, I bought direct for $68US at the time. The second, I bought via ebay. The particular seller was really the same retailer (RCTOYS). It cost me $51 US, on ebay and then it just directed me to make payment through rctoys' normal order processing page (but $18US cheaper than if I bought direct). I have seen them go as low as $44. The RCToys models are late versions (Purple or Blue). Shipping was $26.95 to Oz. Total cost was around $110AUD.

Hello Frank!

Due to the origin of the idea behind the BR - you should have somebody representing you in Norway!

Any hopes for us - or do we have to imprort it ourselves..... hope not!

Hi Ben_E, we're working on it but so far have not found anyone able to commit to importing quantities needed to make it economically viable for them.

Smoothchat or Rallen,
How about the AC-DC wll charger? Buying from America would mean that the power pack is 110V. I am assuming that you bought a seperate transformer? What output would this be?

I just use a 240/110 volt transformer and then plug in the original power pack.
