RETROPLANE 2005 will be an unique slope meeting in France reserved for the old sailplanes models (the limit is around 1960, before the fiber glass sailplane era).
Slope soaring allows you to fly at eye level, just for the pleasure of it, which is not the case in aero-towing, where you can enjoy the beauty of your machine for only 30 seconds, at the time of takeoff and of landing.
Any pilot who has a scale or semi scale model of a vintage glider and wishing to take part in the RETROPLANE 2005 meeting, can contact me.
