Mega Noise Filters any good?

Hi folks,

Mega Motors USA (http://www.megamotorusa.com/shopping/shopdisplayproducts.asp?page=2) has a couple of noise filters listed.

I wanted to ask you guys opinion on them.

First is the Noise Filter Circuit Board for Battery Leads which is just a couple of coils with some capacitors:

The next one is the Noise Filter for Servo Leads which is just a bit of servo lead wrapped around an O ring type ion core:

There are no descriptions or details about these on the web site.

Are these worth using at all? Is anyone here use them?
