Control Horn Supplier

I am looking for a supplier for some control horns CNC cut from G-10 glass or carbon plate to be included in my Soprano RES kit and maybe others. I have emailed Don Richmond at hiflight.com but have not gotten a response. Any one know of a supplier? They will be used in a hollow molded rudder or in molded flap and ailersons.

Why not have the G-10 laser cut?

The folks I have contacted don't laser cut it because of the obnoxious fumes. If any of you CNC folks have the ability I'll send you drawings.

Because of the fumes? With a vacuum table and an exhaust system what fumes?

Try Bob Holman at www.BHPlans.com. He has a 100 watt 24" x 48" laser and has been cutting G-10.

I'm very surprised that Don hasn't answered back Has to be a reason. He sells same horns as previous post.
