Hi
Is it possible to make a servo to constantly rotate clockwise and
anti-clockwise and stop just using the control gears on a tx? I think you
can but im not sure.
Any useful help would be very helpful.
Thanks Michael

I think you may be looking for more of a motor than a servo. If you
don't need proportional control, you could rig up a small servo or esc
controlled motor.

Yes Model yacht enthusiast do it ion a regular basis.
Try a link on google for Converting a servo to a winch, or try this link:
http://www.nw.com.au/~jspence/Mad_About_Multihulls/3.htm
it goes though most of the basics, but remember after converting it may be
very difficult to use as a normal servo again, so use only old unnecessary,
or very cheap servos.
Hope this helps, all eth best Vaughn
