help with Scaling from original plans !

I am new member.
i need info about scaling the plans to 1/3 size from the original plans.

You have to know the dimensions of the full-sized plane.
Find the scale of the print you're using relative to that.
IOW, a 36 foot wingspan measures 1 foot on the drawing.
The drawing is 1/36th scale.
Whatever dimension you measure on the drawing would be multiplied by 3, for the model.
The wingspan on the model would be 12 feet.
