Mr. Yosito Sekiai was very kind to host the new programs from Mr. Masuoka on his website at:

Mr. Masuoka was the programmer for the ParDesigner software for FMS 2 beta 7.
The converter (ParConv.exe) helps take a standard beta 7 .par file and convert it to an alpha 8 .par file.
The editor (ParEdit.exe) lets you tweak the final .par file to add things like second wings, second motors, second rudders, etc. to more accurately align the .par file to the .x or .geo 3D models.
The graphical representation of the .par and the .x/.geo wire frame are excellent helping visualize where the .par file is out of sync with the actual 3D wireframe.
There's a button called "detect" that makes a very good guess at collision and wheel points plus a section for scaling a .par up a bit when the .x file is larger than real life to accomodate a better view within FMS.
These are both wonderful programs. Please check them out and comment here with any bugs you find.
