I guess I may be the last person to have come across this but just in case I'm not:

http://reflex.cmedv.de/xmodder.htm
(use Google language tools to get a rough translation to English!)

This program will read a .X file from FMS (or rather Metasequoia) and write it as a .MOD file that can be used in Reflex XTR. It can only do up to 1,500 points but when you use the file selector to pick a .X file it warns you if there are more with a big red X and there's the middle button at the right that will remove duplicate points and may bring it back under 1,500. The button below this is the one that causes it to write out the .MOD file.

To use the .MOD in Reflex put it in the Flugzeug directory and rthen copy an existing .PAR for a similar performing plane and just edit the line near the end that has the original planes name to the name of the new .MOD file (but without the .mod bit).

If the original .X file mentions a .BMP file (you can look at it with a text editor and search for ".bmp") then you also need to copy those .BMP file(s) from the FMS model directory to the Reflex Flugzeug directory too.

I've had some success with it though some planes, even though they're less than 1,500 and I copied all .bmp files gave an error.
