...now, how can I cover them?
I'm using balsa ailerons, Coroplast rudders and elevator, it's a 48" sloper. If it comes too heavy I'll make some lightening holes in the fuse. can I apply directly a thin cloth of fiberglass, or will the epoxy eat the foam away? :(
I've read about ripstop nylon, how do you apply it? Any tips to make my foam last longer? :D

Thanks in advance!

The latest popular method to attach balsa ailerons to foam wings is with 3m77, bi-directional strapping tape, and packing tape.
Bevel the bottom leading edge of the aileron at 45 degrees. Give the ailerons and wing a light dusting of 77. lay the aileron on top of the wing at the leading edge, and use strapping tape to attach. Flip the aileron down to full down deflection and put tape on top of the aileron and wing at the hinge line. Now dust the wing again with 77 and cover with colored packing tape starting at the trailing edge working to the leading edge.
If you want to use ripstop, most people use waterbased polyurethane(varnish). It is harder to do, and my results have not looked good, but were very durable. Make sure the ripstop is not 'waterproof'.
