...Or God is trying to tell us something..
Last year near the time of the airshow, my husband crashed 3 times with an airplane for the demo and very close to the date... This year we're four days out and he has a mid air with his beautiful Twister. Wish I had pictures his is home build and plowed through the other guys ARF. The Arf exploded and fluttered to the ground in many many pieces.. The Twister broke in half when it hit the ground.
Though I am no amused. These things happen... But I've dubbed it the "Airshow Curse." :P

I dunno, he told me Jerry got them.
I went right home to look and see if I could surprise him with a New one before airshow.. But couldn't find what he wanted...
He came home and ordered one but it won't be here til Wednesday. He won't fix it cause it's more then the fuse.. The wing is pretty busted up. He doesn't like fixing things..
This works out anyways, though the R/C gods could of waited a week. ;) He was complaining about not liking the Twister anymore anyhow.

We have pictures of the after math. Hubby calls it a demo of Home built vs ARF. Notice the damage. :P The ARF exploded. LOL! Hubby's is the red one with checker board.
Oh and Tom, Stew says the wings are too bad and that it's best for the next sacrifice. :)

Ouch! How did this happen? and who's fault?
the guy at fault should be getting the other guy a new plane! I know I would be pissed and would demand a new plane. this stuff cost to much to let someone break it for me. I do that just fine my self. ;-)

It wasn't really anyones fault, it was just how the cards fell.. :) Both are good buddies and they are still talking and joking, so it's all good. :)
And I had stressed about us having pilots.. The FAA was a bunch of brats yesterday.. Ug...

Okay Guys.. Pulling this out of the grave cause of something that happened tonight at our Xmas party. Shows there is no hard feelings about the event.
The guy who owned the twist gave my husband a special reminder of the event. The guy hand made a replica of the mid air. This has a very special place on our shelf.. here's a picture of it. :)
BTW, the guy has a new Twist for X-mas. :)
