is there a wing design program that could help me design a scale wilg for a b-2 spirit that i am working on? or is there a way to do it by hand?

Any CAD-program could 'help' you with designing a wing. But what do you mean with 'help'? Analyse the influence on lift-distribution of the planform of the wing??

the wing on the b-2 has a nice sharp LE that is convex on the top and concave on the bottom
