View Full Version : Slow Stick carnage?

Here is a shot after the Tx was switched off during a mid air transfer. The plane spiraled in before we figured out what was wrong. And one more a few hours later after a trip to the LHS. Had to get a wood prop, they didn't have any 1470 GWS or APC. A piece of teak was used to replace the cut off portion of the fuse.
Not much to offer, I know. But this plane has been crashed hard several times, including a nose in from around 100ft with no elevator! But this one caused the most damage. Surely someone can do better? I mean worse!

Isn't that wooden prop a little too heavy for that brushed motor? Nice use of initiative though! :)

It is, and it didn't work as well as the GWS prop. It has been changed, but the wood one got me back in the air that day.
