I bought this sometime back and didn't have the time to complete it.
The original owner also started it and gave up and just chuck it aside for a while.
The is an AIR BOAT manufactured by Graupner of Germany.
It is faster than your regular boat or tug boat that uses the small prop(s) that is under the water.
I am including a Graupner Speed 500 RACE motor together with the 4 blade 6"X3" prop which produces a lot of thrust and low amps.
All you need is a 6 or 7 cell Nicad or NiMh pack and you will get long runs with this setup.
The motor and prop combination produces lots of air flow and it will propel this boat to very high speed. Just think of the "everglades" TV shows..
Now is your opportunity to buy a RARE piece of good quality air boat from graupner.
I checked everyhting and it APPEARS that is in order. I didn't check against the list. If you are a good and resourceful hobbist, you could modify parts to adapt it to your desire. How fast or facy you like your airboat to be.
All you need is your radio and one servo and an ESC 6-7 cells and charger.
