Hi Steve,
Any chance of making these cells available as custom soldered packs? I would be using these at right about 38-40 amps. and wonder how well welded tab contstruction type packs would hold up at this amp level.
Thanks, Mickydee

I think welded tabs will do fine at 38-40A.
I am using spot welded 2600 sanyo nimh pack at 45A

I would be using GP3300 packs for this rate. These cells listed here would be good up to 30 amps.

Steve-what would you say is the current limit for welded tabs?

Well, I would not want to run anything over 30 amps continuous using welded
tab construction. Also, we do not want this new 3300 cells being used at over 30 continuous.
I hope that answers your question.
thanks
Steve

Need a different connector on our packs? When ordering just tell what you want in the special instructions section. No extra charge. :)
