Just wondering how many people are making novelty boats, things that don't look like a boat.

I've seen many Ducks, Swans, Sharks, Islands, Boots, that kind of things at the shows nut what else is out there.

I'll start things off with these, the Can is 1:1 scale...

That sort of thing appeals to me too!

Never considered the propulsion system though. Good idea to add-on like that.

I remember quite a few years ago in a magazine where they actually have a competition for out of the ordinary R/C watercraft. One looked like a tube of toothpaste and I also remember seeing a plastic toolbox made into a boat. I remember one friend, now deceased that made a Cox .049 powered boat from a Frisbee. It didn't work too well but it was cool.
