I have a JR compatible GWS ICS100 ESC and would like to use it with my Futaba compatible GWS RX. Anyone know how to rewire?

Think the only thing that is significantly different between JR and Futaba is the polarity shift of the transmitted signal, which is receiver unique. Otherwise all other components are interchangeable. I use JR servos all the time in my Futaba receivers.

It will work fine without re-wiring.

I have a GWS r4p (Futaba) 2 GWS pico servos (Futaba) and a GWS ICS100 ESC (JR) with all of this connected, it does nothing. I have tested everything with my JR610 RX and all components work. Maybe the RX(Fut) doesn't like the ESC(JR)?

JR radios have the throttle on channel 1, Futaba radios have it on channel 3. You'll also need to reverse the servo setting.

What TX ? If you swapped the RX didn't you also use a different TX ?

The ESC will work with either RX.

JR Quatro TX. Two different RXs (JR & GWS)

The problem is with your trasmitter/receiver combination, not the other parts. You need to use a Futaba shift receiver with a Futaba transmitter. And JR shift with JR transmitter. You are trying to use a Futaba shift receiver with a JR transmitter. That wont work. You will need to get a JR shift receiver

As Fantam says you can't use a JR Tx with a Rx that is only compatible with Futaba Txs. It's nothing to do with the ESC.
