If you were the builder and the pilot, then I guess it was your fault. I like the new paintjob.

Zach,

It is the responsibility of ALL pilots to do a "pre-flight" check . . . . especially on the maiden flight. Part of that process is to check the alignment of the entire plane.

I don't want to be a nay-sayer, but it WAS your fault for not checking.

BTW, Great job. . . . looks good.

I think his point was, it wasn't his flying skill that caused the crash.
Our point is, your building skills caused it. :)

"It Happened But It Wasnt My Fault The Gws Formosa!"

It must have been assembled by elves, in the middle of the night. I guess it's their fault.

what he is saying, i think, is very vague and i dont see how anyone can site anything to fault exactly. for viper to say it would was DUE to not being checked is premature. like-wise w/ pointing to pilot err.
zach, can you give us more info or did you just want us to see how your formosa is fairing?

sorry, i didnt meen to be vague in my description.....i did do a pre flight check...i saw the rudder problem..i didnt think it would affect it...considreing rudder wont really affect flight exept aerobatics....so it was my wrong doing and it was my fault, forget my title, i admit, i should have made everything straight and measured correctly...it was not my piloting skills however...i had perfect control of the plane after i fixed it, but when i took it in the house. my dog got to the prop :) so i need to get some props .... sorry to anyone i wasnt fully in description to.
