Littlescreamers will be offering a almost ready to run micro brushless outrunner motor.
this kit will include (1) 19.5mm x 5.80 coated stator, (6) north (6) south custom made N50 curved magnets, (1) bell, (1) custom light cnc aluminum mount, (2) bearings, (1) custom crome hardned steel shaft with a keyway for retaining clip, (1) retaining clip, (1) spool magnet wire, (3) pieces of shrink wrap
All motors will come with magnets installed, shaft installed, bearings installed, stator mounted on mount. This is everything needed to complete the motor.

Hey -looks great... and awesome price.

Couple of questions....

What is the OD of the bearing tube?
What is the OD of the bearings?
What does a wound motor weigh?
Do you have any firewall or stick mounts for them?
Any tests with different windings/wire for different props?

My bet is that this motor will out perform many CD motors - more torque with all that mag coverage and more efficiency with the high "n" rating.

Can't wait to see some numbers.

Weight is at 20grams we will also be interducing a mount for the GWS fans.

And here are a few test results,

I ran a 7035 prop and a 3s1p of 1200s
stator 19.5mm
magnets n50 full coverage ring segments 6n 6s
Weight 20gr

No load

amps= .4
volts= 12
watts= 6

with 7035 prop

rpm= 11,400
amps= 4.3
volts= 10.6
watts= 46

With 8043 SF

rpm= 8,400
amps= 6.4
volts= 9.7
watts= 64

motor does not get hot! Not even over warm, Just warm
I ran a motor with a 7035 prop for 3 min WOT on the test stand and it never got over warm. But I guess at only 4.3 amps it's not going to get very hot

4040 prop and 3s1p 1200s

rpm= 21,200
amps= 9.3
volts= 9.4
watts= 84

That looks a SUPER motor, RCflyer. I'm sure you put some serious time into the development. Congratulations!
