OS 50 has more power than TT50
TT 50 consumes less fuel than OS50 but needs to run rich.
O.S is known to have better quality control than TT, so lesser chance of
ending up with an engine that breaks down soon (known several cases of
TT50 giving way within 4 gallons.)
TT50 is cheap comparatively....
Lots of people are pro TT... and lots of people are pro OS...
I don't own a .50... but I am happy with my OS32.. which I have more
than 10 gallons... it is still going stong. My peer who has a TT39 has
been struggling with it since his 3rd gallon.

Have just bought a Raptor 50 and TT 50 and the thing flies with NO problems.
However, and for MYSELF, have just bought a Raptor 50 and will use my
existing OS 50 which was BALISTIC in my Xcell 46 Graphite.
You only get what you pay for in this life....not sure about the next.

I have the TT50 in mine and it does me fine for the most part. I fly quite
hard and I do wish I had more oomph at times - tictocs for example are a
little labourious. I'd say get the TT50 purely because you don't need the
power of the OS yet and you'll benefit from the lower running cost (not as
thirsty) while learning with the TT.
