Tunnel Hulls

I know with an unlimited hydro u have to start it on a plane with another person helping. Is this the case with tunnel hulls also?

I launch all of my boats the same way, regardless of what it is, just a habit. I give them all a gentle toss into the water. It helps them get up to speed easier and I think that it puts less stress on the driveline.
I've done one-handed launches but I prefer to have help when doing this.
