wanted: cheap tug boat

i want to buy a cheap electric tugboat for retreaval, and any tips on how to use a tugboat to pull in a stalled boat?

You might want to check out the Vacu-Tug Jr, works great to pull a barge to drop off bouys for racing. Also can pull a string around a stranded sailboat to pull it to shore.
