Capture movie clip from sim?

Is there any way to capture the sim actions into windows media or quicktime or real movie clips? REFLEX can record a sim session but must be played inside the sim.

yep get the older free version of fraps, does the job well (great for screenshots too) but it may tax your computer when trying to record the vids. also you will have to lower the screen resolution to record the whole screen which may make flying weird.
