Not when you can get FMS for free at the above site and an interface, along with a disk containing 500 planes, from this site: http://www.milehighwings.com/joystick_cables.htm

Planes ... best to start with fms its free and great to start on. It also needs far less sytem requirements than the other sims especially the ones at £100 or more. I've had to upgrade my pc in order to run reflex xtr.The FMS program is free but the interface cable you'll pay for. I have an fms disk and brand new spare usb interface cable for it if you are interested. . The cable also runs other sims like real flight g2, real flight delux, rC plane master, real flight classic ETC. These are more than enough to learn on trust me top end is nice but its not neccessary and if your pc is older its just wasted. e.g reflex needs recommends 256 RAM Geforce 5900 or Raedeon 9700 and a p4 1200 processor for best performance.Although it will run with P2 1200mhz and AGP 2xhardware accelerated video card with at least 32MB video ram, trust me at minimum requirements its CRAP. You may as well be flying a simulated snail... Like I said I have a spare cable if you are interested PM me. I'm also in UK.

I agree with others - no point paying a lot just for a Twinstar but if, for example, you ever get interested in helicopters (where a single crash often costs more than £100) then paying £129 (or whatever it is) for a copy of Reflex XTR is a VERY wise investment!!
