I am not trying to be difficult. I notice in one sentence you say the issue is free. Another sentence you say the magazine is free. To me this means one issue versus subscription. So my question: is one issue free or is the subscription is free?

The issue is vol C-01 of RCCyberflyer. So, to answer your question RCCyberflyer is a free downloadable magazine. I guess I would say "Free is FREE!"
