Thanks for the head's up, I just ordered 2! Too bad you don't carry Berg RXs or I would have been able to get all my shopping done at one time. :)

Update: The person I spoke with asked if I needed anything else and I asked if Draganfly carried Berg RXs and he told me they didn't. After our phone call he checked and discovered that they had a few left from a previous shipment that he didn't know about so he called me back and offered me one cheaper than anywhere else. Now that's what I call great service.

It has been pointed out that parkflyermotors.com is having a Phoenix sale this month. But, if you factor in their shipping, our prices are lower.

doctor, the answering machine should answer the phone even when we are not in the office. If you call within a few hours of 8pm UK time you should catch us (we are open 8am to 6pm Mountain Time in N.A.)

Adam, what does "airmail" mean to those of us in the US? Is it going to arrive via a standard US Postal Service carrier? I'm still waiting for my order to arrive... :(

Nevermind, I got my question answered today when my package arrived. :)

I ordered two Phoenix 10s and a Berg 5. Only one Phoenix 10 was packaged, and the Berg did not have the clear shrink that is supposed to be included with it so that the case can be removed. A quick call to Draganfly and they said they'd ship out the missing Phoenix 10 right away, no questions asked. I was pleasantly surprised to deal with a vendor who appears to take customer service seriously. The clear shrink wrap isn't a big deal, so I didn't even mention that.

Overall, it's been a decent shopping experience. The prices were great, but the shipping was somewhat slow. If I need something, and I'm not averse to waiting 15-20 days, I'll definitely consider ordering from them again in the future. If I lived in Canada, it'd be a no brainer.

The second Phoenix 10 arrived today as promised. Kudos to Draganfly for following through with that promptly. Great customer service.
